Rent a Holiday Cottage for up to 4 people in Snowdonia National Park
Stable cottage is one half of a beautifully restored stable in the tiny hamlet of Minllyn, a short walk from Dinas Mawddwy village with wonderful mountain and river views.
The cottage consists of:-
Ground floor: Lounge, Kitchen/dining room with large picture window and stable door and Laundry / boot room.
First floor: Two double bedrooms, bathroom with over the bath shower

About the cottage
The cottage has a small open-aspect front garden with flowering shrubs and a patio with table and chairs enjoying beautiful views across a small green valley and stream to wooded hillsides beyond.
Parking
Off-road parking is adjacent to the gated entrance to the front of the house.
Ground floor
The front door opens into a hall with an electric storage heater, stairs to the upper floor and doors leading into the 3 downstairs rooms.
The lounge, with windows to front and rear, is attractively finished in a comfortable cottage style with fitted carpet, 2 settees, large TV, writing desk and chair, a log-burning stove fire and an electric storage heater.
The tiled floor kitchen-diner is at the side of the house and has a bright, sunny atmosphere. It has a fully-fitted kitchen with electric oven and gas hobs, microwave and fridge.
The round dining table has 4 chairs by the stable door to the front overlooking the patio. A large dresser, bookcase with stereo equipment, storage heater and settee by the large picture window to the side overlooking the valley and hills enable you to sit at leisure and enjoy the lovely view.
The utility/boot room has hanging space, washing machine, dryer and freezer, ironing board and iron.
Upstairs
Bedrooms are dormer style with sloping ceilings and Velox windows overlooking the Dyfi Valley.
The large bedroom is furnished country style with fitted carpet, a 5 foot wide bed, wardrobe and drawers, bedside table and lamp, and electric storage heater.
The smaller bedroom has fitted carpet, a 4’ 6” double bed, chest of drawers with table lamp, comfortable chair and electric storage heater.
Bothe bedrooms have continental quilts and pillows and will be ready made up for your arrival.
The large bathroom has a WC, sink set in a vanity unit, bath with shower, heated towel rail and a chair for your comfort.
There is no telephone in the cottage and limited mobile reception in the area. There is a public telephone outside the Buckley Pines Hotel 2 minutes walk away.
